DMAS has an opportunity available for
an Information Technology
Account Executive
to market and sell
Information Technology solutions and
services.
Our ideal
candidate will have successful sales experience in the computing,
network, and hardware and software sales areas. You should have a solid
foundation in hardware, software, network infrastructure and service.
Our top candidate should have had appropriate previous Field Sales
experience and should have a demonstrated ability to operate
independently, within the corporate parameters established, to attain
assigned goals.
The ideal candidate will be a customer oriented, self-starting, product
savvy, team player. You'll be required to be fully versed in the
technologies utilized, managed and sold by DMAS.
Experience with Retail Point-of-Sale Solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities will include the following:
|
| |

Introducing new customers to DMAS'
products and services
-
Initiates contacts based on referrals and
"cold call" activity
-
Answers questions and presents information
to potential customers regarding DMAS' products and services
-
Gathers all information necessary to set
up accounts
-
Ensures that all information concerning
customer accounts is transmitted to the appropriate office personnel and is
in place to provide adequate service to the account in a timely manner
-
Provides training, sales, and marketing
support to customers and staff to ensure a successful working relationship
and the proper handling of business
-
Answers questions, follows-up with
accounts, and assists in developing protocols and procedures which satisfy
both company and customer needs and requirements
-
Completes and submits reports as
requested. This includes weekly activity reports, expense reports, and
commission reports
-
Serves as an active member in local,
county, and state organizations, including, but not limited to, attending
monthly meetings, sponsoring approved events, exhibiting at trade shows, and
staffing the DMAS booth as requested by management. Some travel may be
required
-
Provides operational assistance to
maintain business continuity when needed
-
Responds to the needs and requests of
clients and DMAS management and staff in a professional and expedient manner
-
Requests for Quotes (RFQs)
-
Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
-
Assist in the overall sales cycle and process
-
Manage schedules, milestones, deliverables and action items
-
Provide regular status reports
-
Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications: |
|

Education and/or Experience
Marketing, Sales or related field of study and prior sales experience
necessary.
|
