DMAS has a position available for an Office Administrator / Manager
 

 
Responsibilities will include the following:
 
 
  • Answering Telephone / Screening Calls
  • Time Keeping
  • Scheduling company activities
  • Project management
  • Creating sales and service Invoices
  • Creating sales and service quotes
  • Picking up ordered items
  • Data entry
  • Maintaining office environment and purchasing of office supplies
  • General Filing
  • Updating web based SOP's and other online reference material
  • Entering minutes during company meetings
  • Entering and tracking service calls
  • Processing and tracking RMA's
  • Maintaining  company's vendors and manufactures
    program information and requirements
  • Assisting in all sales efforts
  • Managing UPS, FEDEX, USPS, Stamps.com shipping/receiving.
  • Other duties as assigned

 
 

Job Qualifications: 

 
 

Education and/or Experience


High School diploma and prior administrative experience necessary.
 
Minimum Skills Required:
 
  • Good Communication skills

  • Excellent Phone Skills

  • Good Typing Skills

  • Willingness to learn

  • Good organizational skills

  • Highly proficient in ALL MS Office apps
  • Professional Appearance
  • Data Entry
  • Logical problem solving skills
  • Internet Research Skills
  • High school degree
  • Use of vehicle
  • Must be able to lift 50 lb Items

Experience with:
  • Administration / management
  • Contact Management Applications
