position available for an Office Administrator / Manager
|
|
Responsibilities will include the following:
|

- Answering Telephone / Screening Calls
- Time Keeping
- Scheduling company activities
- Project management
- Creating
sales and service Invoices
- Creating sales and service quotes
- Picking up
ordered items
- Data entry
- Maintaining office environment and purchasing of
office supplies
- General Filing
- Updating web based SOP's and other online
reference material
- Entering minutes during company meetings
- Entering and
tracking service calls
- Processing and tracking RMA's
- Maintaining company's
vendors and manufactures
program information and requirements
- Assisting in all
sales efforts
- Managing UPS, FEDEX, USPS, Stamps.com shipping/receiving.

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma and prior administrative experience necessary.
